Requirements
I need tier 2 level analysts. English must be their primary language. They need to know Entra, Exchange, and Intune-understand how to troubleshoot email and laptop issues (e.g., Outlook not loading), have some exposure to PowerShell, and be able to investigate conditional access policy blocks.
We are looking for someone with experience working in Microsoft 365 environments who can handle semi-complex troubleshooting when it comes to things like laptop driver issues, email / Exchange message tracing, Microsoft Conditional Access troubleshooting, or using Intune for managing mobile devices.
