Job description
We're seeking an experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to join an innovative team building enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys developing production-ready applications using large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and modern cloud technologies.
You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop AI-powered applications that support critical business processes.
- Build intelligent workflows using LLMs and agent-based architectures to automate complex tasks.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and structured and unstructured data sources.
- Develop scalable backend services and cloud-native applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Implement secure, governed AI solutions with built-in monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities.
- Partner with business teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in architecture, performance, and application reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise applications.
- Experience building and deploying production applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience developing APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic AI workflows.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise data sources and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, governance, and compliance within enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience developing scalable AI applications within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with software observability, monitoring, and application logging.
