Job description

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations.
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets.
  • Support account management, password resets, and permissions.
  • Prepare and deploy laptops and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and IT procedures.

Requirements

Trimlite is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and provide hands-on support for end users. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year college student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field., * Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous IT support experience (internship, helpdesk, campus IT, or projects).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or ticketing systems.
  • Interest in IT support, networking, or cloud engineering., * Are you currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field?, * Help desk: 1 year (Required)
