As a ServiceNow Elite Partner, Worldwide AI Partner of the Year, and U.S. Federal Government Partner of the Year, Intact Technology helps organizations modernize how they deliver services through secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions. We combine deep platform expertise with innovation to automate workflows, improve operational performance, and help our clients achieve meaningful mission outcomes.
Success in this role isn't measured by the amount of code you write-it's measured by the impact you create. You'll partner closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to design solutions that improve service delivery, simplify operations, and enable mission success.
You'll have the autonomy to think critically, challenge assumptions, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to deliver smarter solutions and exceptional client outcomes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:
- Build and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned to federal modernization goals.
- Deliver in an outcome-focused model (e.g., improved SLA performance, reduced MTTR, strongerCMDB maturity).
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate mission needs into platform capabilities.
- Lead development across scripting, automation, and integrations (Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP). Support delivery end-to-end: requirements build test deploy
- optimize.
- Ensure stability, performance, and secure configurations in regulated environments.
- Leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and create greater value for clients.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
- Strong ITSM expertise (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Catalog, etc.)
- Strong ServiceNow scripting/configuration skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum
- Strong consulting mindset and stakeholder communication
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, etc.), This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to maintain focus on computer screens for extended periods. Frequent interaction with team members is necessary to clearly articulate ideas and information. The role involves extensive reading, transcribing, and repetitive hand and wrist motions related to typing and/or using a mouse.
