We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated College of Direct Support (CDS) Administrator to lead the development, implementation, and management of innovative training programs designed to enhance support services. The CDS Administrator will serve as a key driver in fostering high-quality training experiences aligned with the agency's goals. If you are passionate about administration, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you!, * Assign training to staff, run reports, check staff transcripts, and perform other tasks that will help examine staff training status.
- Ensure that staff meet Mandatory Training Requirements (per DDD policy manuals).
- Ensure that staff track completed Professional Development Hours (12 hours for full-time employees and 6 hours for part-time employees).
- Must have basic to moderate computer skills.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Follow all guidelines and requirements outlined in the agency's manual.
- Review staff transcript to ensure completion of training log.
- Request manager zone/secondary access as necessary.
- Log into the CDS to pull up learner transcripts for reviewers during audits.
- Assign CDS training to staff as required.
- Retain completed competency assessments in personnel files.
- Provide training to agency staff on the use of the CDS.
- Update the account status of staff (active or inactive) who are no longer active with the agency.
- Providing staff with technical assistance as needed.
- You are responsible for self-reporting errors in the system.
- Must be familiar with the policies and procedures manuals on the DDD website.
Requirements
- Complete Boggs Center College of Direct Support Administrator training required.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or training websites.
- Knowledge of administration practices combined with hands-on experience in training programs preferred.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
