Job description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer for a project-based assignment to support the adoption of a next-generation identity platform focused on secure agent identity and enterprise trust. In this customer-facing role, you will partner closely with enterprise prospects throughout the technical sales process, leading demonstrations, technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements.
You will work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements and feedback into product enhancements while supporting strategic partnerships with leading cloud and identity providers. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication skills and enjoys helping enterprise customers solve complex identity and security challenges., * Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements for enterprise customers.
- Partner with sales teams throughout the technical evaluation process to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell engagements with strategic partners, including AWS and Okta.
- Support customer integrations, technical evaluations, and implementation discussions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, feedback, and implementation challenges.
- Help transition successful enterprise pilots into signed customer engagements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise software.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, technical evaluations, or customer demonstrations.
- Experience supporting customer integrations and technical evaluations.
- Understanding of identity, security, or infrastructure technologies.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills with experience leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience supporting co-sell initiatives with cloud or identity providers such as AWS, Okta, or Auth0.
