Job description
· Join a team responsible for the upfront analysis of internal and external problem reports related to the design, development, and production of complex systems in a defense environment.
· Monitor your assigned program(s) items to ensure that they move through both the system and process accordingly.
· Attend all required program meetings and (if needed) assist in the facilitation of Review Board meetings.
· Support assigned program(s) by supplying any reports needed for system accuracy or audit reasons.
· Addresses any questions from system users on workflow processes and correct issues within PLM system.
· Engage in team projects and system improvements when necessary.
Requirements
· Good computer skills with MS Office suite to prepare appropriate metrics, reports, and documents.
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
· Attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
· Troubleshoot issues within the Change Management Process and program supported workflows.
· MS Excel advanced user knowledge * Experience with PDM software (Windchill preferred) and ORACLE ERP. * any kind of process optimization work experience (Preferred)
Education & Experience Required
· Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering, or similar 4+ Years with HS 2+ Years with AA 0+ Year with BS
· DoD experience (Preferred)
