Job description

Looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with strong experience in vulnerability management, patching, and ServiceNow reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Track, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across Windows endpoints
  • Perform OS patches, software updates, and unauthorized software removal
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor remediation progress
  • Manage tickets and reporting within ServiceNow
  • Provide remote desktop support and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Drive vulnerability resolution efforts for critical assets

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of desktop support or endpoint management experience
  • Strong ServiceNow experience (ticketing and reporting)
  • Experience with Windows patching and vulnerability remediation
  • Dashboard/report creation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
