Backend Engineer (Golang) - Trading Systems

• Build and expand our Entity Service, the central configuration platform for assets, providers, market mappings, model parameters, smart contract configurations, and more.
• Develop a low-latency, highly reliable pricing system for real-time transaction pricing.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, infrastructure, data, and backend engineering teams.
• Build and maintain centralized pricing services responsible for determining real-time asset values across the platform.
• Develop APIs and backend services that power mission-critical trading infrastructure.
• Contribute to the Entity Service UI, enabling internal users to propose, review, and manage configuration changes with strong access control and user management.
• Help build scalable infrastructure that enables engineers to self-serve most infrastructure requirements and focus on higher-impact engineering work.
• Execute within an established system design while delivering reliable, high-quality implementations.

• Strong professional experience with Golang.
• Experience effectively using AI tools to improve software development while validating outputs and maintaining high engineering standards.
• Deep understanding of database schema design, evolution, migration, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with API development.
• Experience with message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Experience working with WebSockets.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, trading systems, market infrastructure, or capital markets.
• Comfortable building low-latency, high-performance backend systems.
• Experience working with distributed backend services.

• Mid to Senior level backend engineering experience.
