Job description
The FDD Deployment Lead acts as the technical authority executing site-level deployment and operational verification of our diagnostic platforms. Functioning as the technical bridge between local facilities teams, operational networks, and automated Work Order Management systems, this role ensures seamless device onboarding and analytics configuration. The Deployment Lead orchestrates property metadata ingestion, establishes secure data connectivity patterns, validates software analytics health, and leads operational onboarding to enable long-term building optimization and immediate energy-efficiency returns., * Site Technical Delivery: Act as the end-to-end technical lead through the core project lifecycle phases, including project initiation, site verification, software mapping, and formal operational handover.
- Data Integration & Broker Orchestration: Oversee the data integration paths from local field control networks to host compute platforms. Coordinate cloud messaging configurations (e.g., publish/subscribe brokers) to route streaming metadata and telemetry to specialized diagnostic tools.
- Technical Access Provisioning: Standardize and configure secure, view-only remote connections into site infrastructure hosts for third-party optimization vendors, adhering to strict enterprise corporate network security compliance protocols.
- Testing & Quality Acceptance (UAT): Formulate and validate site-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts. Enforce rigid system exit criteria, ensuring that a high percentage of building data points are accurately mapped, flatlining sensors are corrected, and analytics rules engines are functioning properly.
- Enterprise Asset & Workflow Mapping: Align software diagnostic rules to physical corporate asset models and maintenance catalogs to translate automated diagnostics alerts cleanly into actionable operational maintenance assignments.
- Operational Onboarding & Training: Drive operational readiness across field footprints by deploying Train-the-Trainer models. Empower local building engineers and property management teams with permanent reference tools, slice decks, and video learning snippets.
- Risk Mitigation & Snag Tracking: Maintain active field-level task records, update request-for-information (RFI) trackers, mitigate data path disruptions early, and construct outstanding issues matrices to guide facility teams through complex technical remediation., For candidates in the United States, please see a full copy of our Equal Employment Opportunity policy here.
