This role builds, assembles, tests, troubleshoots, and supports mission-critical transformer and power distribution systems used in hyperscale data center environments. You will perform both mechanical and electrical assembly of complex power infrastructure equipment, ensuring that every product meets customer specifications, quality standards, and operational requirements before deployment into data center facilities., * Assemble complex transformer, power distribution, and electrical infrastructure systems in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Perform wiring, cable routing, termination, crimping, and electrical connections within transformer assemblies and associated power equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation to guide accurate assembly and testing.
- Conduct mechanical assembly and integration of components including bus bars, transformers, switchgear-related assemblies, harnesses, and power distribution hardware.
- Perform electrical continuity checks, insulation resistance testing, mechanical inspections, and functional testing to verify product performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify root causes, and perform repair or rework activities as required to maintain quality and uptime.
- Support Data Center Systems Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers by providing feedback on assembly processes, testing procedures, tooling improvements, and manufacturability enhancements.
- Assist with commissioning readiness activities and prepare equipment for deployment into hyperscale data center environments.
- Collaborate within a high-volume production environment to maintain workflow, meet production schedules, and minimize bottlenecks.
- Ensure all assemblies meet customer, safety, and quality requirements for mission-critical infrastructure applications.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and repeatability in assembly and testing operations.
- Train and mentor team members on assembly procedures, workmanship standards, and testing methodologies to support team capability and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements while performing all tasks., This position supports hyperscale data center power infrastructure within a high-volume production environment. You will work hands-on with transformers, power distribution systems, switchgear-related assemblies, harnesses, and associated electrical equipment. The role emphasizes a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace, with strict adherence to company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements. Candidates who reside more than 50 miles from the facility receive a daily per diem of $178 to support working on site. The environment is collaborative and process-driven, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in support of mission-critical data center operations.

- Ability to assemble mechanical and electrical components for transformer and power distribution systems following engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Proficiency in wiring, cable routing, termination, crimping, and creating reliable electrical connections in complex assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
- Hands-on experience performing electrical continuity checks, insulation resistance testing, mechanical inspections, and functional testing of power infrastructure equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify root causes, and complete repair or rework activities.
- Familiarity with hyperscale data center environments and mission-critical facility operations.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements in a production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of IPC-620 standards and electrical cable and harness assembly practices.
- Experience performing electrical testing, commissioning support, or acceptance testing of power infrastructure equipment.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Electrical trade school training, military electrical experience, or equivalent technical training is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production setting while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
