Social Media Specialist - Dairy Industry

We are expanding our team and are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Specialist who is passionate about agriculture, technology and storytelling, to join our dynamic and collaborative team., * Develop and execute our social media presence in the US with strategy that strengthens and aligns our global brand goals with dairy audience(s) across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

• Create compelling, platform-optimized content, including visual, video and written formats to drive engagement, brand awareness and lead generation for organic and paid social media measures.
• Coordinate and execute social photo and video content shoots regularly with our customers and team on-farm to capture authentic, real-world stories.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation in close collaboration with our advertising agency.
• Identify, recruit and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Build and manage online communities by fostering meaningful conversations and cultivating long-term relationships with our target groups and represent the brand via community interactions, social listening and participation in relevant industry or cultural conversations.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach across all channels, reflecting smaXtec values and positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, customer support, sales and other internal teams for integrated content and initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and report on both organic and paid social media performance, translating insights into clear, data-driven recommendations and actions.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field of study Is required (equivalent experience will be considered In lieu of education).
• Minimum of 3 years of social media experience within the dairy sector or related agriculture industry.
• Proficient with social tools for scheduling, analytics and visual content (i.e. Meta, Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, combined with hands-on experience in content creation, including photography and video production.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time.
• High self-motivation, energy and perseverance to achieve individual and company goals.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally., * How many years of work experience do you have in organic and paid social media?
