SAP S/4HANA Cloud Senior Consultant

As an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Senior Consultant at Deloitte Belgium, you will join our SAP practice and work with our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition team to help clients design and implement cloud-based ERP solutions that support their digital transformation. You will contribute to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations across local mid-market and large multinational companies, taking an active role in delivery, client collaboration, fit-to-standard design, and the continued development of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities in Belgium and EMEA. As a Senior Consultant you will:

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects, delivering solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy and translate business requirements into fit-to-standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions.
• Design and facilitate fit-to-standard workshops in finance, procurement, or sales (expertise in at least one area required). Guide clients through design decisions, standard SAP process adoption, and scope alignment.
• Take responsibility for specific functional or project workstreams during the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Guide clients in adopting cloud-based SAP solutions, advising on standard processes, configuration, integration considerations, embedded change management activities, and value realization.
• Monitor progress for your workstream, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating them in line with project governance.
• Promote innovation by exploring new SAP capabilities, including AI-enabled ways of working, and recommending enhancements that improve client systems and delivery efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting junior colleagues, and helping build Deloitte Belgium's SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition expertise.

• 4+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or comparable SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a good understanding of cloud delivery principles and fit-to-standard implementation approaches.
• Proven experience designing and leading fit-to-standard workshops across areas such as finance, procurement, or sales processes-including change management integration and scope governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements and complex SAP processes into clear, structured, and pragmatic solution outcomes.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, advise on SAP standard processes and best practices, and challenge processes where appropriate.
• Experience in SAP project delivery, including working with scope, planning, risks, issues, stakeholders, and delivery quality within your area of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to multiple project streams or initiatives when required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine willingness to help build our SAP S/4HANA Cloud business and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Willingness to coach junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing SAP team.
• AI-savviness in the context of personal productivity, team efficiency, and ERP implementation delivery.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.
• Project management skills and experience supporting client proposals are considered an advantage and will help you grow faster in the role.
