Job description

We are supporting a leading international organization operating in a highly regulated and security-driven environment. They are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer / IAM Engineer to strengthen their Identity & Access Management team.

This is a development-focused role requiring a strong Java engineer with deep SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing IAM solutions rather than solely performing configuration or integration activities., * Design, develop, and maintain custom SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

  • Build and enhance custom workflows, rules, lifecycle events, provisioning processes, and integrations.
  • Develop and troubleshoot custom connectors and interfaces with critical enterprise applications.
  • Produce technical and architectural documentation.
  • Act as 3rd-level support for complex SailPoint-related incidents and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
  • Drive platform improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to support and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
  • Strong Java development background.
  • Experience developing custom SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • PowerShell or other scripting experience.
  • Experience with CyberArk, PAM, SIEM, or Splunk integrations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments., A hands-on SailPoint Developer who enjoys building solutions, writing code, and solving complex IAM challenges.
