• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, software design patterns, and best practices
• Strong technical analysis and solution design skills
• Experience designing and implementing scalable software frameworks, libraries, and backend services
• Experience working with Big Data processing technologies
• Experience with Apache Spark, Pandas, and Polars
• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Knowledge and experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data platform components
• Knowledge of Data Lakes, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Governance concepts
• Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Concourse
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools, especially Apache Airflow
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to contribute to software architecture and framework design decisions
• Ability to balance tactical solutions with long-term technical vision
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring other developers is a plus
• Good command of English
• Availability to work in a hybrid model
