• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong professional experience in Python software development
• Experience designing and developing AI-driven solutions, especially Conversational AI applications
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience building AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar AI cloud services
• Experience working with AWS cloud services

Experience with:

• Amazon S3
• Strong knowledge of Python development and high-code extensions
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of software architecture patterns, security standards, and best practices
• Experience collaborating with:
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and user-friendly technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Security-conscious mindset with focus on quality and reliability
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn new technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent in English (Dutch is an asset)
