introduce innovative solutions- Own complex systems end-to-end- Act as technical owner from concept to product launch- Ensure alignment between performance, quality, cost and business needs into robust engineering solutions- Develop physical and empirical models (fluid dynamics, drop formation, thermal behavior)- Design and execute advanced experiments (DOE)- Analyze data to improve system performance and reliability- Lead root-cause analysis on complex multi-disciplinary issues- Drive corrective actions across hardware, software and product issues from the field- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (software, electronics, mechanics, chemistry, ink)- Communicate complex topics to diverse audiences- Contribute to product roadmaps and technical strategy- Coach and support engineers in problem-solving and knowledge sharing- Promote best practices- Contribute to a culture of engineering excellenceProfile & Experience-, Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Material Science or
Requirements
