System Engineer

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a System Engineer in project integration (m/f/d) responsible for the implementation, administration and maintenance of IT platforms, in connection with infrastructure, migration and routine operation projects. Your mission

• Install, configure and ensure the commissioning of application and infrastructure servers within the scope.
• Contribute to the improvement and development of the existing infrastructure in line with the standards and resources in place.
• Analyse requirements, define technical specifications and propose the changes to be implemented within the projects.
• Provide technical support to business project managers during the integration of new systems and evaluate the technical aspects of tenders.
• Ensure the transfer of information to internal teams for system operation and participate in the continuity of routine operational activities.

• Higher education in computer science such as EPF, ETS, HES, engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, with very good skills in managing technical projects.
• Strong command of Windows 10 and 11 environments, Windows Server 2019 to 2025, as well as Microsoft components such as AD, AAD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP and GPO.
• Very good knowledge of VMware VCF virtualised environments in complex contexts, as well as automation of application deployments via SCCM and PowerShell scripting.
• Good understanding of information security issues, combined with excellent organisational skills, rigor and method.
• Very good knowledge of English; proficiency in Citrix, Netscaler, Veritas NetBackup, HPE, Azure/O365 or Linux/Unix is an advantage.
