Senior DevOps Engineer (HashiCorp Vault)

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid experience who will be responsible for developing and evolving security, automation, and integration capabilities across our technology platforms, to join our team in Lugano.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and evolve enterprise secrets management capabilities, with a primary focus on HashiCorp Vault
• Develop secure authentication, authorization, and credential management solutions across technology platforms
• Enable and support secure integrations between platforms, applications, and delivery pipelines
• Contribute to the automation of software delivery and operational processes, including CI/CD workflow
• Define and promote standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for secure platform services, * We do not offer a fully remote work policy
• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland)or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese, etc.)
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar tools
• Solid knowledge of secret lifecycle management, token and certificate management, authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Experience designing and implementing integrations across platforms/applications, and APIs
• Familiarity with containerized, including Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with scripting and infrastructure automation tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
