• Independently lead IT projects from conception to completion
• Advise and support specialised divisions in defining requirements, designing processes, and selecting IT solutions
• Test, pilot, and initiate the use of new technologies, particularly those based on AI
• Successfully manage procurement projects in compliance with public procurement law (LMP and OMP) and support the drafting of contracts with IT suppliers
• Ensure compliance with quality and conformity requirements in both development and operational environments

• Degree in computer science or business informatics, or solid comparable professional experience in the IT field
• Experience in business analysis as well as in defining and structuring technical requirements
• Knowledge of project management methods (HERMES, Scrum) and IT frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF)
• Enthusiasm for new technologies, especially the practical use of AI tools in daily work
• In-depth technical knowledge in software development, cloud infrastructures, or IT operations
• Active knowledge of a second official language
