Job description
In this role, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide N1/N2 support and quality follow-up to company users on IT hardware (workstations, tablets, printers and all managed peripherals), as well as on software under the IT team's responsibility.
- Install and configure applications and other IT services (Windows 11 / MacOS, iPhone/iPad, business software, Office 365, etc.).
- Administer the IT infrastructure (Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, Jamf, CrowdStrike).
- Track all user requests and incidents in the ticketing tool (Jira).
- Ensure the update and sharing of the knowledge base (Confluence).
- Participate in user training on the provided services and applications, as well as on security principles inherent to the use of technologies (ICT).
- Manage hardware orders with our various suppliers.
- Participate in the execution of many exciting projects within your team or across the company.

- Your listening skills, pedagogical sense and ease of communication allow you to interact easily with your internal partners.
- Able to manage priorities within deadlines, you have strong analytical skills.
Professional requirements
- With a recognised IT qualification at CFC, ES level or equivalent, you have validated first experience in a similar IT support role at levels 1 and 2.
- You have excellent skills in Network management, Windows and Windows Server, you master the Office suite as well as Active Directory and are capable of managing and troubleshooting peripherals.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and very good knowledge of MS Teams software.
- Knowledge of ITIL V4 principles, validated by a certification, is a plus.
Languages
Native French speaker, you have good knowledge of English.
