Junior Cloud Systems Administrator (all genders)

Your job will be not only to manage our M365 cloud environment but also to make it the driving force behind our daily work. You'll actively shape our digital transformation and ensure that our teams can work securely and efficiently from anywhere., * Cloud Infrastructure & Security: You'll manage our M365 environment with a focus on Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management) and SharePoint Online.

• Process Automation: You'll identify manual workflows and digitize them using Power Automate-making our processes smarter.
• Modern Support: In 1st and 2nd level support, you'll be the go-to expert for our cloud applications and hardware.
• Deployment: You'll set up modern workstations and ensure that new colleagues are up and running immediately using Autopilot/Intune.
• Network Monitoring: You monitor our (cloud) network infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Global Collaboration: You work closely with our international teams and coordinate at the global IT level to ensure consistent standards worldwide.

• Your Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, a degree in (business) computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Technology Focus: A strong affinity for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and an interest in administering modern cloud infrastructures (e.g., Azure, Intune, SharePoint).
• International Perspective: Operating globally within our IT network and collaborating and exchanging ideas with and within international teams.
• Your Approach & Mindset: A structured way of working and the ability to analytically support complex business processes in the context of digital transformation.
• Communication: Combining technical expertise with a strong service orientation and acting as a competent point of contact in a bilingual work environment (German/English).
