Job description

Is agility your passion? Then you've come to the right place! You'll find yourself in an exciting role that helps shape and drive project management and IT projects in public administration. You bring experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach and use agile methods to lead an IT project to success. You understand the need for transparency in IT projects from a governance perspective and help ensure it is met. You champion a culture of collaboration and customer focus and create an environment that fosters strong results and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll coach IT projects over the long term or provide ad hoc support. You're also comfortable taking on the interim leadership of an IT project or providing support as a Scrum Master. Furthermore, you'll actively contribute to the further development and adoption of agile methods and structures. In addition to working independently, you are characterized by strong team spirit and a keen sense of leadership and responsibility.

Requirements

  • a successfully completed master's degree or

  • as a civil servant: career eligibility for the fourth qualification level or a successfully passed qualification exam for the third qualification level with a confirmation note in your current periodic evaluation, or
