IT-Support - WBITVP

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding IT-related issues, providing first- and second-level support to ensure efficient problem resolution
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across IT systems, ensuring accurate provisioning, maintenance, and governance of user access
• Monitor, maintain, and support the company's network and IT infrastructure, contributing to the continuous improvement, optimisation, and reliability of business-critical systems
• Set up and deploy new workstations, coordinate office moves, provide and manage hardware, and diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise operational disruptions
• Partner with production teams and business functions to provide technical support and actively contribute to the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
• Support the broader IT team with a variety of operational and strategic initiatives, helping to maintain a stable, service-oriented, and efficient IT environment, Severely disabled employees are welcome in our company and will be given special consideration if they are equally qualified. • Hands-on experience of installing IT hardware, software, user help desk and IT infrastructure
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and current Windows and Mac OS environments, as well as administration of Active Directory
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Education as an IT Specialist (degree or completed apprenticeship)
• Extensive work experience, preferably in a media environment

This role will require being based in the office 4 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day.
