We are looking for an Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems. Responsibilities - Production support for core banking applications / application maintenance (corrective and evolutive). - Deployments and testing for new projects. - Obsolescence management and patching activities. - Handling user requests and internal client support. - Supporting both on-premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions. - Answering product-related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, and third-party integrations. - Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA. - Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance. - Performance tuning and root cause analysis. Technical Environment - Operating Systems: Windows Server / Linux - Databases: SQL / Oracle - Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD - Collaboration tools: Teams / Outlook Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in production/application support. - Experience in banking or other critical environments (highly valued). - Solid knowledge of SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level) and Windows & Linux servers. - Experience working with SLAs and the ITIL framework. - Good level of English. - Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
