Middle Office and Business Intelligence Analyst Date: Apr 26, 2026 Location: Sant Just Desvern, B, ES, 08960 Requisition Number: 44156 In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dashboards focused on risk and financial analytics. The role involves translating complex business needs into clear, user-friendly visualizations, while promoting BI best practices and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards - Consume datasets provided by BI/IT teams and transform them into effective analytical views - Ensure dashboards follow BI and data visualization best practices - Develop and maintain dashboards focused on risk positions (long/short) and profit & loss (PnL) - Partner closely with stakeholders to translate analytical needs into Tableau solutions - Create workbook-level calculated fields, mappings, and filters to handle business-specific logic and exceptions or reporting nuances - Use Tableau Prep for light data adaptations or enrichments where required - Act as Tableau SME for the Middle Office and promote visualization, metric, and usability best practices - Support users with Tableau-related questions, enhancements, and troubleshooting - Analyze existing Excel-based reports to understand historical logic or definitions - Create ad-hoc analytical files to support validation or new requirements - Participate in automation or analytical initiatives using SQL, Python, or similar tools when relevant Core Requirements - Proven experience consuming curated datasets and building high-quality dashboards in Tableau environment (Desktop, Prep, Online) - Solid understanding of dashboard designs, business metrics interpretation, and user-centric analytics and storytelling - Able to understand complex business questions and apply the right calculations and views to answer them accurately - Fluent English, with the ability to explain analytical results and Tableau logic to non-technical users - Previous experience or knowledge in SQL, Python, or automation (RPA) Nice to Have - Understanding of PnL, MtM, risk positions, trading, or financial analytics environments We look forward to receiving your application and motivation in English.
