Role Overview Do you want to work for an International Service Delivery Center in Spain as a Scrum Master? You will be part of a cross-functional agile team building a next-generation data management platform within a highly regulated environment. The system is designed using a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture, handling complex workflows, real-time data processing, and integrations with external systems. Responsibilities - Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies and work closely with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners. - Keep an overview of team activities to spot blockers and bottlenecks, identify and resolve process gaps. - Coach the team on Agile practices and collaboration, and ensure quality, documentation and regulatory compliance. - Help the team navigate associated administrative aspects and provide mentorship through 1:1 meetings and development plans. - Support the project from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Qualifications - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. - 3-5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams. - Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred. - Strong SAFe knowledge and experience with Agile delivery models. - Basic knowledge of software engineering practices is a plus. - Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, medical devices) is an advantage. - Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. - English language proficiency at C1 level. - Ability to work in a 40-hour workweek with hybrid presence (2 days a week at office).
