availability and stability across all environments (Development, Test, Quality and Production). - Act as the technical interface with SAP RISE service teams, and external implementation partners, ensuring effective coordination and issue resolution. - Monitor system health, performance, and capacity in line with agreed SLAs, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. - Coordinate and support system maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and support package implementations. - Manage SAP transport and support release, deployment, and cutover activities in alignment with change and release management standards. - Support system level security, authorizations, and compliance requirements in collaboration with security teams. - Support the technical operation of SAP MDG, including hub architecture configuration, workflow transport management, and integration with S/4HANA and downstream systems. - Support SAP EWM technical operations, including system

connectivity, qRFC/IDoc monitoring, batch job management, and Fiori related configurations. - Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, or related discipline. - 5+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration, ideally in S/4HANA environments. - Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP (Private Cloud Edition) or managed SAP cloud environments. - Strong understanding of SAP technical operations, monitoring, and lifecycle management processes. - Experience working with SAP support organizations, incident management processes, and external service providers. - Knowledge of SAP HANA fundamentals and SAP transport management (STMS, CTS / ChaRM is a plus). - Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and RFC/API communication management
