Requirements

Identity & Access Management Support Engineer Omada (m/f/d) Location: Barcelona, Madrid, or remote in Spain. Join our Managed Services Europe team. Role Overview In this role, you will provide both 2nd and 3rd level support for IAM platforms based on Omada Identity. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day support operations, troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement and stability of our customers' IAM systems. Key Responsibilities - Operate and support Omada Identity solutions in complex, customised enterprise environments - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, resolving access issues, provisioning errors, and platform-related incidents - Proactively monitor system health, workflows, and integrations; identify and resolve issues before impact - Work with the Omada Role Engine to manage and improve role models, policies, and governance processes - Use Microsoft SQL Server to analyse IAM data, create reports, and support integration and automation tasks - Collaborate with customer teams to optimise IAM operations, implement changes, and ensure stability - Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Qualifications and Skills - Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field - Solid experience in Identity & Access Management, particularly with Omada Identity - Hands-on experience with the Role Engine and role-based access control (RBAC) concepts - Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server for reporting, analysis, and data troubleshooting - Strong analytical skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset - Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, and web service integration - English and Spanish fluency required; German language skills and Omada certifications are a plus Benefits - Home Office - 30 days Vacation - Additional Health Insurance - Personal Coach - 10 days of Training per Year - Employee Discounts - Restaurant Ticket - Company & Team Events Further benefits include high-quality equipment (Apple or Windows), a 3-day bootcamp for onboarding, and a comprehensive training program with mentoring and events.
