In this hands-on role you will define and deliver scalable test architectures and automation frameworks for a Kubernetes-based, microservices platform. You will shape testability-by-design, environment strategy, and quality gates to ensure fast, reliable delivery. The role partners with leadership to drive adoption across product teams and deliver reusable reference implementations. You will influence how services are built to be testable and maintain high standards for platform quality. Compensaciones / Beneficios - Define PSD-wide test architecture standards and reusable automation framework patterns for a Kubernetes-based platform - Architect testability-by-design principles for services, APIs, and platform components - Design Kubernetes-based test environments and environment-as-code strategies (ephemeral environments, namespace isolation) - Define and deliver CI/CD quality gate architecture with unit/contract/integration/E2E/performance testing - Establish contract testing patterns for microservices and APIs - Define test data strategy for distributed/instrument-connected workflows (synthetic data, isolation, AI/ML data requirements) - Design end-to-end test automation frameworks for multi-service, containerized environments - Partner with Test and Engineering leadership to drive framework adoption and provide reference implementations - Identify and remediate test architecture gaps to reduce fragility and regressions Responsabilidades - 10+ years in software engineering - 3+ years in test architecture or quality engineering architecture - Hands-on Kubernetes expertise with test environments and xcskxlj container-based infrastructure - Experience with multi-level test automation (unit, contract, integration, E2E, performance) - CI/CD pipeline architecture and quality gate integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) J-18808-Ljbffr
