As an IT Support Manager , you will lead a team of technicians and be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support across multiple sites in Central Europe and beyond. You act as a key link between IT operations and the business, ensuring service continuity, optimizing solutions, and driving improvements in line with DFDS standards. Be a part of DFDS. What will you do? - Lead and supervise IT support teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, and Hungary - Ensure IT services are delivered according to agreed service levels - Provide hands-on technical support and escalation when needed - Improve, maintain, and secure IT infrastructure and solutions - Deliver new IT services in line with governance structures and policies - Manage and allocate resources within budget constraints - Support recruitment, training, and development of team members - Collaborate with third-party vendors and stakeholders - Contribute to establishing a Terminal "Centre of Excellence " What are we looking for? - Knowledge and experience supporting the Microsoft Ecosystem -

Requirements

Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routers) - Experience with VMware, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, and RDS/Terminal Services - IT project management experience - Familiarity with AV and telephony systems - Strong understanding of ITIL best practices (ITIL v4 preferred) - Willingness to travel approximately 90 days per year - Proven expe...
