Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Crime, Digital Assets or Emerging Technologies
- Strong expertise in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain Technology, Tokenization and Digital Assets
- Experience in developing and maintaining FEC policies, risk frameworks, controls and governance models
- Strong understanding of crypto-related financial crime risks including AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Market Manipulation and Market Abuse
- Knowledge of Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASPs), Crypto Exchanges, Custodians, Stablecoins and DeFi
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks including MiCA, AMLD, FATF Guidance and Travel Rule requirements
- Experience working within large financial institutions or complex corporate environments
- Strong advisory, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Master's degree or equivalent working experience
