Regional IT Operations Consultant (Infra)

Are you an experienced IT infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and ensuring stable, reliable IT services across multiple countries? We are looking for a Regional IT Operations Consultant (Infrastructure) to strengthen our European Digital & Technology Operations & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the availability, performance and reliability of our IT infrastructure landscape across the region. You will work closely with regional and global IT teams to resolve incidents, prevent recurring issues, implement changes and support the continuous improvement of our IT services. The role is part of the Regional Operations & Infrastructure team and focuses specifically on infrastructure operations within Business Unit Europe. Your location will be Breda. What you will do

• Own and coordinate infrastructure-related incidents and ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive problem management activities to prevent recurring issues.
• Support and coordinate major incident response and escalations.
• Implement infrastructure changes and support release and deployment activities.
• Monitor service availability, performance, and capacity, and proactively address risks.
• Maintain and improve asset and configuration management processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the Digital & Technology organization.
• Collaborate with regional and global Digital & Technology teams to ensure stable and efficient infrastructure services.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, infrastructure reliability, maintenance and operational support environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in an international and geographically distributed environment.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on service quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
