About your team

HR Enablement ensures the CPO function is aligned to the wider business strategy and set up to deliver its multi-year priorities. The team plays a central role in coordinating the strategic activity that enables HR to operate effectively across the business, bringing together change and innovation, people data and insights, talent services, strategic planning, governance, reporting, and other associated oversight activites.

Working across HR and with key stakeholders in Platforms and the broader business, HR Enablement helps ensure the function has a clear view of its priorities, resources, risks, dependencies and outcomes. The team provides the structure, insight and oversight needed to make sure strategic initiatives are well defined, actively managed and connected to business outcomes. Through this work, HR Enablement helps the CPO function focus on the activity that matters most, drive progress against the business strategy and deliver measurable impact for Fidelity.

Strategic People Information is the people data and insights arm of HR Enablement. We are responsible for empowering our stakeholders with valuable insights, compelling narratives, and advanced analytical capabilities to support commercial outcomes through data-driven decision making.

About your role

The People Insights Manager will be responsible for building out the products and services available to our stakeholders which will include visualisations, models and accessible data sources. They will also be responsible for creating presentations that provide our stakeholders with insights derived from our portfolio of products and services. Presentations may include focused work on a key theme or trend, or may be more strategically focused on a business or region.

This is a key new role, requiring creativity, experience of tools and technologies used to drive and disrupt in the people data domain, and the ability to construct a meaningful narrative that is easily understood, and drives effective decision making.

Requirements

· Can demonstrate prior experience of combining data sources and turning data into trends and insights to influence and communicate people priorities

· Can evidence use of tools/ technologies to advance people insights (Alteryx, Power BI or similar).

  • Curious about emerging technologies including Generative AI, and can demonstrate meaningful use of AI in their day to day work.

· Experience of producing presentations for a broad range of senior stakeholders, ideally within an HR environment

· Strong visual design and story-telling skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Able to adapt to multiple and evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.

· Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues across regions and functions.
