Job description
- We will rely on you to provide timely and efficient break-fix support to resolve system issues and minimise downtime in line with Service Level Agreements, including out-of-hours support.
- We will rely on you to monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and to perform infrastructure and code optimisation to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- We will rely on you to provide 3rd line support for Azure customer identity and integration services, addressing escalated issues while coordinating with internal teams to maintain service uptime.
- We will expect you to implement real-time monitoring tools for applications and underlying infrastructure.
- We will expect you to set up proactive alerts and develop incident response procedures to identify, respond to, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- We will expect you to monitor system health and provide timely feedback on performance and potential risks to service availability.
- We will expect you to conduct regular vulnerability assessments, enforce security policies, and ensure patching and system hardening measures are applied.
- We will expect you to adhere to corporate Information Security Policies, Azure Security Benchmark, and CIS controls.
- We will expect you to support development teams with technical guidance, ensuring robust and secure applications or services.
- We will expect you to collaborate on new projects and enhancements to ensure customer identity and integration requirements are met.
- We may ask you to undertake other duties assigned by your line manager as appropriate.

Requirements
- We are looking for someone with hands-on experience supporting and optimising Azure integration platforms, including CI/CD pipelines and live production environments.
- We need strong experience in providing high-quality break-fix support in a fast-paced environment.
- We need proven ability to monitor and maintain complex cloud-based systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
- We need experience managing Azure subscriptions and Azure resources efficiently.
- We need expertise in managing customer identity using Azure AD B2C.
- We need experience creating and configuring applications in Azure.
- We need knowledge of identity and access protocols including OpenID, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
- We need experience creating and customizing user flows in Azure AD B2C.
- We need strong understanding of user management and custom attributes in Azure AD B2C.
- We need the ability to customize UX/UI in Azure AD B2C user flows.
- We need knowledge of claims providers and technical profiles in B2C.
- We need the ability to create complex and customized user flows based on requirements.
- We need hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and MSAL for managing identities.
- We need understanding of SSL certificates and security best practices.
- We need experience implementing custom policies using the Identity Experience Framework in Azure AD B2C.
- We need experience with APIM, including security and cloud-to-cloud integration.
- We need hands-on experience developing Azure Functions, Web Apps, and C# programming.
- We need experience in user administration, group assignment, and role management in the Azure AD B2C portal.
- We need proficiency in Azure Blob Storage, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
- We need expertise in building and automating CI/CD pipelines for software delivery from development to production in Azure DevOps.
- We need hands-on experience maintaining and deploying SonarCloud and Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP) in a CI/CD pipeline for code quality and security scanning.
