• We act as the technical lead for Microsoft 365-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• We provide expert guidance and technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through Microsoft 365 tools.
• We ensure compliance with data security and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• We develop and deliver training materials to enhance user adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• We monitor system performance and implement updates as required to maintain optimal functionality.
