Job description
- Oversee the software engineering output of a team of 7
- Manage and lead software development processes
- Foster an Agile working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding and development are followed
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills

Requirements
- Degree in STEM subject
