Job description

  • We support users across cloud and infrastructure environments.
  • We work closely with senior engineers on technical escalations.
  • We contribute to system improvements and platform enhancements.
  • We get involved in technical projects across cloud, infrastructure, networking, automation, and AI-powered tools.
  • We help troubleshoot and resolve issues in modern enterprise systems.
  • We continuously expand our skillset within a fast-moving technical environment.

Requirements

  • We require experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
  • We require strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
  • We require a good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • We require experience troubleshooting cloud and infrastructure environments.
  • We require strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • We require a passion for modern technologies, cloud systems, and AI-driven environments.
  • MSP experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
