Job description
- Own the roadmap and backlog for an internal Data Platform built on Databricks and Microsoft Azure
- Translate business requirements into a clear, prioritised delivery plan
- Work closely with engineering teams, architects and wider business stakeholders
- Drive the delivery of scalable, well-governed data services
- Shape delivery frameworks and improve platform operations
- Ensure environment meets expectations around reliability, security, compliance and data quality
- Engage in roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and KPI tracking

Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Management / Product Ownership within data, analytics or integration environments
- Strong knowledge of modern data architectures including Lakehouse, medallion and API-driven models
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, integration services and analytics-enabling datasets
- Agile delivery experience including backlog ownership, sprint planning and roadmap management
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority
- Solid grounding in data governance, data quality, lineage and compliance
- Confident communicator able to translate technical complexity into clear business language
