This is a mission-critical position offering a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 plus excellent benefits. You will join a collaborative and highly skilled team, working on high-impact government projects and helping shape infrastructure design, delivery, and ongoing optimization.

• Proven experience in 3rd line support within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise across Windows infrastructure technologies
• Solid understanding of virtualization, particularly the VMware stack
• Experience working in secure or MOD environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, RMADS, and SyOPs
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
