Job description
As a Data Virtualisation Architect, you will be responsible for defining and implementing scalable data virtualisation architecture, enabling secure, high-performance access to distributed data across complex enterprise environments.
Working closely with architects, data engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, you will help shape the organisation's data strategy and deliver modern data solutions that support informed decision-making., * Design and implement enterprise Data Virtualisation solutions.
- Develop logical data models and virtual data layers across multiple data sources.
- Define architecture, standards and best practice for data integration and virtualisation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects to deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimise performance, security and governance of virtualised data services.
- Produce high-quality architecture documentation and technical designs.
- Support technology selection, proof of concepts and roadmap development.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
