Job description

Uggly & Co is a fast-growing motorcycle and adrenaline lifestyle clothing brand, and we're looking for an experienced CRM & Customer Growth Manager to own and develop our customer marketing strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the CRM function within a rapidly growing business. You'll take ownership of our customer communications, retention strategy, email and SMS marketing, and loyalty programme, helping turn first-time customers into lifelong brand advocates.

Working closely with the founders, ecommerce and marketing teams, you'll use customer insight, creativity and data to deliver personalised experiences that drive engagement, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value., As our CRM & Customer Growth Manager, you'll own the customer journey across all owned marketing channels and play a key role in driving customer retention and long-term business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer communications
  • Building automated customer lifecycle journeys including welcome, post-purchase, retention, win-back and VIP campaigns
  • Creating customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised marketing experiences
  • Managing the CRM campaign calendar alongside product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Developing and managing a customer loyalty programme that increases engagement and repeat purchase
  • Analysing customer behaviour, purchase patterns and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitoring key CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value
  • Running A/B testing across subject lines, content, offers and customer journeys to continuously improve performance
  • Working closely with Ecommerce, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Helping improve onsite customer journeys through customer insight and behavioural data
  • Producing regular performance reports with clear commercial recommendations
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase customer engagement and lifetime value as the business continues to grow

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, email marketing or customer lifecycle marketing within ecommerce or retail
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo (or similar)
  • Experience building automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies
  • Excellent understanding of customer retention, loyalty and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercially driven decisions
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and driving continuous optimisation
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with the confidence to take ownership of the CRM function
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
  • Previous experience within fashion or ecommerce is desirable
  • An interest in motorcycles or motorsport is a bonus
