Job description

  • Resolve technical issues from initial contact through to completion
  • Provide excellent remote and on-site IT support
  • Build trusted relationships with customers
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Troubleshoot networking, hardware and software issues
  • Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with senior engineers to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Continuously develop our technical knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years IT support experience; MSP experience is advantageous
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server administration experience
  • Active Directory administration experience
  • Good understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Bonus skills that would be advantageous: Azure, Intune, Hyper-V, VMware, cyber security, Microsoft Entra ID, backup and disaster recovery solutions, firewalls and networking equipment
