Job description
- Resolve technical issues from initial contact through to completion
- Provide excellent remote and on-site IT support
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Troubleshoot networking, hardware and software issues
- Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
- Work closely with senior engineers to deliver outstanding customer service
- Continuously develop our technical knowledge and skills

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years IT support experience; MSP experience is advantageous
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Windows Server administration experience
- Active Directory administration experience
- Good understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
- Bonus skills that would be advantageous: Azure, Intune, Hyper-V, VMware, cyber security, Microsoft Entra ID, backup and disaster recovery solutions, firewalls and networking equipment
