Remote Maconomy Solutions Architect

• Collaborate with finance partners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Maconomy ERP Cloud solutions.
• Define solution architecture that combines finance processes with data-driven automation and AI-enabled processes.
• Leverage consulting experience to assess needs, advise on best practices, and lead development of technology roadmaps.
• Work closely with finance leaders to identify and quantify business value, create and validate business cases, and present ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with finance teams, global process owners, IT departments, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create solution designs.
• Design, implement, and lead Maconomy Cloud Finance-based financial solutions aligned with finance and business strategy.
• Provide strategic oversight and hands-on guidance across the full solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Drive post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing support to improve financial systems and processes.
• Stay current on Maconomy ERP Cloud capabilities and emerging finance technologies, applying innovative thinking to evolve solution offerings.
• Support project delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource planning, and risk management.
• Lead major finance transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, governance, and risk management protocols, especially in regulated industries.

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Maconomy Cloud Finance solutions, ideally in a global company with financial shared services.
• Strong consulting experience delivering finance technology solutions and advising on best practices.
• Proven experience in business case creation, value identification, and delivering measurable ROI.
• Deep expertise in Maconomy Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience integrating Maconomy with other ERP systems and third-party applications.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS implementation approaches.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, Maconomy Digital Assistant (ODA), and Maconomy Autonomous services.
• Proven experience with intelligent automation frameworks, including RPA, AI/ML, NLP, or process mining.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial systems and processes.
• Maconomy Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus.
