Job description
- Deliver first and second-line support for hardware, software, network, and user issues
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
- Support Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra ID
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access requests, and password resets
- Support joiners, movers, and leavers with equipment and access setup
- Assist with infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and IT improvement projects
- Manage ticket escalation and liaise with third-party providers
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement

- Cloud, We are an IT team looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to support the wider business. You will be the go-to person for IT support, helping colleagues stay connected, productive, and secure while delivering an excellent support experience. This is an in-person role based in Harlow CM19, with a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per year and benefits including company events, company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, health and wellbeing programme, and a referral programme.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and IT support processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and solve problems effectively
- Experience managing user accounts and permissions
- 1st and/or 2nd line IT experience of 2 years preferred
- UK work authorisation required
- Ability to commute to Harlow CM19 or relocate before starting work
- Desirable: Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID
- Desirable: Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Desirable: ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications
- Desirable: Exposure to AWS and cybersecurity best practices
