Software Trainer

• We deliver our IT training strategy and materials across multiple formats.
• We deliver onboarding and refresher training for our users.
• We create engaging learning materials to support training delivery.
• We assess training effectiveness and gather feedback.
• We support users post-implementation during system changes.
• We administer and track training activities.
• We work closely with our Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.

We are hiring an experienced IT Trainer / Software Trainer to join our team and help design, develop, and deliver in-house training solutions for our legal services environment. The role involves supporting users across system changes and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive effective learning and adoption.

• We need prior IT training experience, ideally within the legal sector.
• We need strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• We need an excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms.
• We need knowledge of complex systems and multiple software applications.
• We need strong technical communication skills and a passion for learning and development.
• Training certifications are desirable.
