About the company
We are Foundation Health, an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform transforming healthcare by connecting fragmented infrastructure, improving care coordination, and reducing friction in the patient journey. We are building deeply integrated AI systems for the pharmacy space and working with a world-class technical leadership team, including a new VP of Engineering with experience at DeepMind and Google. We offer a modern, AI-native engineering culture, significant equity, and the opportunity to work on meaningful products with real patient impact. Our team is distributed, with an office in Manchester City Centre, and we value in-person collaboration without mandating a fixed office schedule.
