We are building and evolving our enterprise utility management platform, including a CRM and quotation platform used by internal teams and B2B customers. This is an office-based, full-time role in Manchester M12, where you will join a collaborative development team and work on software that supports thousands of customer interactions every month. • We are looking for someone with commercial experience developing production web applications.
• We need strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• We need excellent knowledge of Next.js, including the App Router, Server Components, Server Actions and Middleware.
• We need strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, indexing, query optimisation and database migrations.
• We need experience using Prisma ORM.
• We need experience building REST APIs or type-safe APIs using tRPC.
• We need experience with authentication using OAuth and JWT.
• We need experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest or Vitest.
• We need experience using Git and working within collaborative development teams.
• We need experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• We value familiarity with TanStack Query, Zustand, Turborepo, pnpm Workspaces, Inngest, Vercel deployments, GitHub Actions, Docker, SendGrid, Novu, AWS or Azure.
