Remote Access

• We lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• We document functional and non-functional requirements.
• We map current and future state processes.
• We produce BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• We work closely with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
• We support solution design, UAT, and delivery activities.
• We capture retail and store technology requirements, including OT connectivity requirements.

• DevOps, We are supporting a major remote access transformation programme within a large retail/FMCG environment. This is a contract role with hybrid working, requiring three days onsite in Paddington. The assignment is inside IR35, offers a rate of £650 per day, and is initially for 3 to 6 months. We are looking for someone who can help us gather and document requirements across Azure Virtual Desktop, Zscaler, Operational Technology, IoT, and secure remote access platforms while working closely with our security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience in infrastructure, security, cloud, or remote access programmes.
• We need experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• We need exposure to Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) or similar secure access technologies.
• We prefer experience working within retail/FMCG environments.
• We need strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• We need an understanding of identity, access, and Zero Trust concepts.
• It would be beneficial to have experience with Active Directory or Entra ID.
• It would be beneficial to have experience in OT and IoT environments.
• It would be beneficial to have exposure to POS or store technology.
• It would be beneficial to have Agile delivery experience.
