Job description

  • Build and re-build Windows 11 devices
  • Deploy new laptops and desktops
  • Refresh old laptops and desktops
  • Engage with end users to assist with deployment and troubleshooting
  • Ensure a smooth transition for users during the upgrade process

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer role
  • Laptop/desktop builds - deployment using Intune
  • Windows 11 upgrade/refreshes
  • Operating system deployment using SCCM
  • Strong user engagement skills - you will be communicating/helping many end users
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
